Seeing these magnificent animals in-person is such a humbling, raw experience. During the Salmon run, Kodiak Bears from all over the island congregate at different rivers to binge on fish and prepare for the upcoming winter. Join us on Kodiak Island as we head out into the bush via airplane. Once unloading the plane we will take a short walk to the high bluff that we will be setting up base camp at. This will give us a gorgeous view of the bears from a safe distance. You will not want to forget your camera on this trip!
